Welcome to Her Luxe Club. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.herluxeclub.com and all services offered by Her Luxe Club. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of SMS Use Cases Her Luxe Club operates an SMS messaging program. By opting in you may receive:

  • Promotional offers, discounts, and exclusive deals

  • New product and service announcements

  • Member-only event invitations and club updates

  • Appointment reminders and booking confirmations

  • Loyalty rewards, points updates, and member benefits

  • Order confirmations and shipping updates

2. SMS Opt-Out Instructions You may opt out at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

  • Replying HELP for assistance and contact information.

  • Contacting us directly at hello@herluxeclub.com or 682-334-2165.

After opting out you may re-subscribe by texting START or opting in again through our website.

3. Customer Support Contact

You may also reply HELP to any SMS message to receive our support contact information.

4. Message & Data Rate Disclosure Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Her Luxe Club is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer Wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and US Cellular are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier network conditions outside the control of Her Luxe Club.

6. Age Restriction (18+) Our SMS program and services are intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in or using our services you confirm you are at least 18 years old. Her Luxe Club does not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

7. Use of Services You agree to use Her Luxe Club's website and services for lawful purposes only. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property All content on our website including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of Her Luxe Club and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
